We offer comprehensive property management and leasing services.  We provide regular maintenance around the clock, seven days a week through a team of experienced licensed contractors and sub-contractors.  We can prepare your property if it needs repairs or upgrade to get better market rents. You can supply the materials and we will provide the labor.  We provide rent collection, bookkeeping, leasing and tenant screening.  We provide payment of bills with owners' consents for utilities, mortgage, insurance, and taxes.  A monthly statement and rent check will be mailed to you.  We will do open houses to attract prospective residents and also by appointments.
